Dexter Stelly, 22, 100 block of Hickory Road, Arnaudville. Simple criminal damage to property.
Frank O’Neal LaHaye, 34, 1300 block of West Vine Street, Opelousas. Hit and run, careless operation, unlicensed driver, pedestrian in roadway, sentencing. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
