Sweet Dough Pie Festival canceled

The Sweet Dough Pie Festival scheduled Saturday has been canceled.
The cancellation is due to a forecast that includes a 70 percent chance of rain Saturday.
This would have been the fourth Sweet Dough Pie Festival.
The festival’s organizers had a booth at the Experience Louisiana Festival on Oct. 17 and 18.
