Kennedie Rae Boudreaux
St. Martinville – Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Kennedie Rae Boudreaux, 3, who passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008, at her residence in St. Martinville.
Interment followed at St. Michael Cemetery.
Very Rev. Msgr. J. Douglas Courville, JCL, conducted the services.
Kennedie won the 2007 Toddler Miss USA Cane Queen, 2007 Heavenly Angel Queen, 2007 Toddler Baby Miss Pincher Queen, 2007 Toddler Miss Queen City of the Teche, 2007 Toddler Miss Sulphur Heritage Queen and the 2007 Louisiana Beauty International Queen.
Survivors include her father, Patrick Boudreaux of St. Martinville; her mother, Danielle Borel Boudreaux of Cypress Island; her maternal grandmother, Paula Jean Borel of Cypress Island; her paternal grandmother, Betty Ann Boudreaux of St. Martinville; and her brother, Jayde Boudreaux of Cypress Island.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Steven Borel; and her paternal grandfather, Onil Boudreaux.
A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. on Friday.
Pallbearers were Casey Berthlot, Blaize Borel, Zachary Delcambre and Lloyd Boudreaux.
Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
