Ardoin named Eunice Jr. High School Student of the Year
Eunice Junior High Eighth-Grade Student of the Year is Victoria Amelia Ardoin.
Ardoin has maintained an honor roll average; currently holding a 3.9 GPA.
She is actively involved at the junior high campus where she serves as captain of the EJHS Cheerleading Squad, and a member of the Renaissance Student Council.
Her favorite subject is math and on campus she serves as a librarian assistant.
Ardoin competed against 12 nominees for the honor.
Her hobbies include reading and dancing, where she serves as dance instructor assistant at Oliva Dodd’s School of Dance in Eunice. She attends dance and gymnastic classes at the studio.
She is an active member of Frontline’s Youth Group at FCWC (Faith Christian Worship Center) in Eunice.
Ardoin is the daughter of Stacy and Kimberly Ardoin of Eunice.
Ardoin was pleased and surprised with the announcement and honor. Principal Lakesha Miller at Eunice Jr. High said, “A well deserving honor and recipient, Ardoin is the definite honoree.”
Ardoin will now advance to parish Student of the Year competition.
