Retired banker
LAFAYETTE – Services geologist and banker Paul Blanchet, Jr. are Monday. He died March 14 at age 82.
He was a member of the board of Home Bank for 36 years, serving as its chairman for several of those years. He was a board member of the Downtown Development Authority and former president of the Southwest Louisiana Mardi Gras Association.
Survivors include four sons and two daughters.
