Eunice Library schedules Summer Reading Program
Eunice and area children can look forward to Summer Readings at Eunice Public Library this summer.
The first scheduled Summer Perfomance for children is set for Thursday, June 5 with Opelousas-Eunice Performing Library series sponsoring Rick Hessler, a children’s entertainer and balloon artist. The event begins at 10 a.m. and is free admission.
Summer StoryTime program will begin on Wednesday, June 11 at 10:30 a.m. for children ages 2-6 inside the upstairs children’s library room. There will be guest readers scheduled every Wednesday through the month of June and July. Children will also enjoy arts and crafts, activities, games, door prizes and snacks.
A registration is set for children for all summer reading programs on June 2 and last date to register is July 12.
Some other Free Summer performances will include Hobey Ford, Dave LeBouef, Roger Day; and other Special Summer activities include: ice cream in a bag, Moon Dough, a Kaleidoscope Workshop and more.
