Richard, Fruge announce August wedding date

Rusty and Kimberly Richard of Eunice are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Layne’ Brooke Richard, to Christopher Jacque Fruge’, son of Fred and Richlynn Fruge’ of Eunice.
Miss Richard is the granddaughter of Rodney and Joyce Cormier of Eunice and Russell and Kathie Richard of Eunice.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Louisiana State University Eunice where she earned an associates of science degree in Nursing.
Mr. Fruge is the grandson of Richard and Sharon LeDoux of Eunice and Marion and Sally Fruge’ of Eunice.
The groom-elect is currently attending Parker University in Dallas in pursuit of a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
The couple will exchange vows during a 7 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 30 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice.
