Contractor
BATON ROUGE – Services for long-time contractor David Broussard, Sr. will be July 30. He died July 26 at age 76.
During his career he served as vice president of Associated General Contractors and was appointed to the State Contractors Licensing Board by Govs. Dave Treen and Edwin Edwards. He was a founder of the Baton Rouge State Fair.
Survivors include his wife Margaret, a son and two daughters.
Arrangements are by Rabenhorst.
Accounting professor
MONROE – Services for long-time ULM professor of accounting Dr. Thomas Chatham will be July 28. He died July 26 at age 77.
He was a retired CPA and long-time professor. He served on the Monroe City Planning Commission.
Survivors include a daughter.
Arrangements are by Mulhearn.
Customs official
SLIDELL – Services for former U.S. Customs official Harry Alllison, Sr. will be July 31. He died July 23.
He was with the Customs Service almost 30 years. He posts included director of the Customs Training Academy and deputy assistant regional commissioner for enforcement.
Survivors include his wife Helga and three children.
Arrangements are by Honaker Forest Lawn.
