Principal acts quickly, gets drunk out of building

According to an entry on the Eunice Police radio log at approximately 1 p.m. Monday a drunk subject was at the school and a caller, who turned out to be the principal, asked for a police officer.
Principal Mitch Fontenot on Tuesday said a former student, obviously drunk, entered the front doors at the school. Fontenot quickly escorted the male outside the building. He said he noticed the subject rode off on a bicycle. Fontenot called police, but when the officer arrived the subject was gone.
The high school is a closed campus. Everyone, parents, guardians, visitors, has to first report to the front office.
