Ethel Young

Ethel Theresa Young died on the morning of Tuesday, October 07, 2014 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria at the age of 68.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 2:30 pm on Thursday, October 09, 2014 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery with Msgr. Robert Romero Celebrant.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Logan Young of Eunice; three sons, Brian Young and fiancé Debbie Morales of Mandeville, Daniel Young and wife, Holly Reed Young of Eunice and Tracy Young and wife, Wendy Huckaby Young of Youngsville; seven grandchildren, Cassie, Stephen, Ashley, Seth, Taylor, Shelby and Noah Young; four great-grandchildren;. two brothers, Grady Fontenot and wife, Barbara of Ville Platte and Benette Fontenot of Lake Charles and three sisters, Grace Soileau and husband Ashley and Charlene Matt all of Mamou and Nina Primeaux of Cameron.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clements and Mary Saucier Fontenot and son, Jody Young.
Visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Wednesday, October 8th from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Thursday, October 9th from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm Wednesday evening.
