"Flan Cake" Reading unit at East Elementary

Principal Dwanetta Scott at East Elementary holds a Flan Cake which was part of a fourth-grade learning unit. The Flan Cake was made by Title I Interventionist Tina Andrus. During their Reading learning unit students learned that this type of cake is popular in Cuba.
