Students of the Year named at Richard Elementary

Richard Elementary named its Students of the Year for 2014-2015 school term. Karson Rougeau won the spot of Fifth-Grade Student of the Year and Bethany Marks was chosen Eighth-Grade Student of the Year. Rougeau is the son of Donald and Monica Rougeau and Marks is the daughter of Casey and Monica Marks.
