James Michael "Mike" Mayfield passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at the age of 61.
No Memorial Service is scheduled at this time.
Mike is survived by his mother, Darlene S. Mayfield of Alexandria; his companion, Dale Dupre of
Eunice; and Thomas Mayfield, III of North Carolina.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Thomas M. Mayfield, Jr.
