In Honor and Remembrance 911 Ceremony scheduled for Sept. 11

In Honor and Remembrance 911 Ceremony, sponsored by the Woodmen Life members, will be held in Eunice on Sept. 11 at 6:30 p.m. at the Circle Park in Eunice.
Emptiness and sorrow filled our nation’s heart on Sept. 11, 2001, a day that will be forever embedded in the minds of Americans, WoodmenLife members organize an annual In Honor and Remembrance ceremonies, giving members, family and friends a chance to grieve over the lives lost that tragic day and to pay respect to the heroes who responded.
Ceremonies are held every year on Sept. 11, and have evolved in a public forum to thank first responders including local firefighters, police officers, emergency medical technicians and members of the military.
The public is invited to join WoodmenLife on Sept. 11 in fulfiling our promise to never forget the tragedy and those who perished that day.
