Heberts receive Residential Yard of the Week

The residence of Richard and Aphaporn (Ole) Leger, at 330 W. Ash St., received the Eunice Bulb & Blossom Garden club marker of Residential Yard of the Week, presented by volunteer member Celeste Gomez.
