3rd Eunice m\an charged with simple kidnapping, 1st-degree robbery
Two Eunice men face simple kidnapping and first-degree robbery charges after they hitched a ride with a woman at Champagne’s grocery store Friday.
Lt. Richard Daigle, a Eunice police detective, said Cardero Anderson and Aaron Sittig asked a woman for a ride to a residence in the Sweet Ridge Apartments about 10 a.m.
When they arrived at the apartment all three people exited the vehicle, but the woman was eventually pushed into an apartment, he said.
The woman thought one of the men had a weapon, he said.
The woman was robbed of about $200 and some prescription drugs, he said.
According to police reports, the two men were identified as:
Cardero Anderson, 26, 500 block of Lewis Street, Eunice. Simple kidnapping and first-degree robbery.
Aaron Sittig, 25, 100 block of College Road, Eunice. Simple kidnapping and first degree robbery.
A third arrest was made Monday in connection with the incident.
Arrested was:
Roberto Guerrero, 54, 1200 block of West Maple Avenue, Eunice. Principal to simple kidnapping and principal to first-degree robbery.
