Eunice Pro Rodeo at the T-Ranch Arena

The Eunice Pro Rodeo will be held at the T-Ranch Arena Oct. 9 and 10.
The rodeo begins at 7:30 p.m. each day. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and under. School children in the area in grades pre-k through third have received or will receive a free rodeo ticket that can be redeemed at the gate of the rodeo. Concessions will be available with proceeds benefitting the Freemasons. There will also be free parking.
More than 250 Louisiana Rodeo Cowboy Association,United Professional Rodeo Association and Cowboy’s Professional Rodeo Association cowboys and cowgirls will participate in the rodeo. There will be saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, bull riding, tie down calf roping, team roping, steer wrestling, barrel racing and breakaway competitions.
For the youngsters in the crowd, each night there will be the goose scramble for ages 5 and under and the Calf Scramble for ages 6 to 12. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.
Rodeo funnyman Rudy Burns will be at Frey Outfitters Oct. 10 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. signing autographs.
The rodeo will be presented by Billy’s Boudin and Cracklins. The Saturday night performance will be sponsored by Frey Outfitters.
