Moody College of Business holds Ragin’ Business Week at UL Lafayette

The B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration will host Ragin’ Business Week at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Monday to Thursday.
The week will offer opportunities for high school students to learn more about business programs through department-led activities and also offers multiple opportunities for students, alumni and the public to be involved with the week’s events.
Ragin’ Business Week includes:
Monday: High School Visitors at Moody Hall and Student Union; 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tuesday: Geaux Away Travel Day, at Dupré Library; 2 to 5 p.m.
AcceleRagin’ Lean Startup Session for Entrepreneurs with Zachary Barker, Moody College Entrepreneur-in-Residence, in Moody Hall, Room 103 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Business Student Appreciation Day in Moody Hall Lobby, 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Featured Guest Speaker Joey Durel, Lafayette City-Parish President, in Moody Hall 103, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. (open to the public)
Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Induction Ceremony at Student Union, Teche Room from 5 to 7 p.m.
Thursday: Business Graduate Programs Panel covering MBA and MS in Accounting in Moody Hall, Room 103; noon to 1 p.m. (open to the public)
International Business Panel featuring business advice from international faculty, in Moody Hall, Room 103; 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Ragin’ Business Week is an opportunity for potential and current students, faculty, staff and alumni to gather and celebrate the programs at the Moody College of Business with true ‘Ragin’ Business’ spirit, said Interim Dean Gwen Fontenot.
