Edval Jannise, age 49, 8007 I-49 Service Rd., Opelousas, LA, driving while intoxicated – 2nd offense, improper lane usage, stopping in roadway. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
John Mitchell, age 41, 242 Midway Lane, Opelousas, La, simple battery involving domestic violence, criminal damage to property.
