Schools registrations scheduled

Eunice public schools will open for first day of school on Aug. 11.
School registrations have been set. The following are registration dates and times:
Eunice High-Aug. 1 from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. for tenth, eleventh and twelfth graders. Freshmen will register Aug. 2 from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.
Eunice High orientation is set for Aug. 9 at 1:30 p.m.
All students are required to have a copy of their household recent electric bill to register.
Registration fee is $75.
Central Middle School-Tuesday, Aug. 2 inside the school’s cafeteria from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. for fifth graders; and from 12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. for sixth graders.
Registration fee is $40. Open campus orientation day for students and parents is Aug. 4 at 10 a.m. inside the cafeteria. Fifth and sixth-graders are welcomed.
Highland Elementary-Pre-registration for returning students as well as new students zoned for Highland is set for Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. for kindergarten, first and second graders. Third and fourth-graders can register Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Proof of residency, birth certificate and updated shot record are required at registration. School fee is $20 at registration. Late fee of $25, after Aug. 10.
Highland will have an Open House on Aug. 4 from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m.
Eunice Elementary- Will have registration for new students from July 25 until Aug. 5.
To register, parent must bring proof of parental/legal guardian’s residence, child’s shot record and child’s birth certificate.
Eunice Junior High-for current EJHS students and students coming from Central Middle, registration is set for Wednesday, Aug. 3 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. All other students, registration will be Thursday, Aug. 4 from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration fee is $65. Must bring a copy of proof of residency. Needed a current residence’ utility bill. No copies will be made at school.
