Catherine Lewis Stivison

Catherine Lewis Stivison, 97, died on January 18, 2015 at her home in Arlington, Texas.
She was a native of Eunice and lived in Lake Charles, Hamlin, Texas and Grand Junction, Colo. before settling into retirement in Eunice.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Stivison (“Hank”); her sisters, Lois Lewis and Rita Manuel of Eunice;, her children, Ralph and his wife Janice of Houston, Texas, Lowell and his wife Priscilla of Bedford, Texas and Lorna and her husband Dale Marsh of Arlington; 11 grandchildren, 11 ½ great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Catherine (“Cathy”), her parents, former Mayor and Mrs. J.B. Lewis, Sr. and her brothers, John, Jr. (“Butch”) and Kenneth Lewis.
Her life will be celebrated in a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Eunice on Thursday, January 22 at 10a.m. Visitation will be held at Ardoin’s from 4-6p.m. on Wednesday, January 21 with the Rosary beginning at 4:30p.m.
