Chasity Dawn Smith Richard died on Friday, September 19, 2014, at the age of 38.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, September 22, 2014, at 10 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church of Eunice.
Father Clinton Sensat officiated. Burial was at St. Thomas Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Blake Richard of Eunice; her mother, Linda Doucet and husband Dale; two daughters, Lauren Richard and Courtney Richard both of Eunice; a son, Dylan Richard of Eunice; three brothers, Scotty Smith of Eunice,
Daniel Doucet of Eunice, and Mervin Smith, Jr. of Rayne; five sisters, Lisa Skelton of Eunice, Sandy Lyons of Eunice, Connie Stagg of Eunice,
Leslie Smith of Eunice, and Lisa Doucet of Lafayette.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mervin L. Smith, Sr.
Quirk & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
