Former parish president
NORCO – Services are July 16 for former St. Charles Parish president Bruce Rodrigue, Sr.. He died July 13 at age 80.
He was instrumental in founding of the Norco Volunteer Fire Dept. and served as constable and Dist. 6 police juror before becoming parish president.
Survivors include several children.
Arrangements are by Muhleisen.
