BOSSIER CITY – Services for long-time psychologist Dr. Samuel Thomas will be July 18. He died July 15 at age 78.
He was for the VA and the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Hospitals.
Survivors include his wife Frieda and two children.
Arrangements are by Boone.
