Air Force One pilot
SHREVEPORT – Services for former Air Force One pilotCol. Winston “Clish” Clisham will be Aug. 16. He died Aug. 13 at age 93.
He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of D-Day and was one of the Air Force One pilots for President Lyndon Johnson. After retirement he continued to work as a civil engineer.
Survivors include his wife Antoinette and three children.
Arrangements are by Osborne.
School superintendent
BOGALUSA – Services for former city school superintendent Samuel Genco will be Aug. 16. He died Aug. 12 at age 65.
After retiring from the Bogalusa City Schools he owned an amusement company. He was a former Louisiana Teacher of the Year and Bogalusa Citizen of the Year.
Survivors include three brothers.
Arrangements are by Poole-Ritchie.
Former town councilman
MARKSVILLE – Services are Aug. 15 in Oakdale for former town councilman Ronnie Trout. He died Aug. 12 at age 67.
He owned several businesses in Marksville and was a councilman from 1972-76.
Survivors include his wife Edna, a son and two step-daughters.
