Newspaper reporter/editor
BOSSIER CITY – Services for former newspaper reporter and editor William “Bill” Lee will be Dec. 10. He died Dec. 6 at age 89.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He worked in the newspaper industry for almost 40 years. He served as a reporter and editor for a number of weekly and daily papers in west Texas and central Texas. However, he is best known for the 16 years that he served as state editor of the Shreveport Journal, where he wrote feature stories, edited news copy and managed correspondents from all over the ArkLaTex.
Survivors include a son and three daughters.
Arrangements are by Rose-Neath.

Oilfield services exec
LAFAYETTE – Services will be Dec. 10 for oilfield services executive J. Bryan Callier. He died Dec. 7 at age 56.
He was former CFO/CEO of Talen’s Marine and Fuel and most recently was CFO of Environmental Drilling.
Survivors include his wife Iris and three children.
Arrangements are by Martin & Castille.
