BATON ROUGE – Services will be Dec. 20 for retired Better Business Bureau president and CEO Charles Ramirez. He died Dec. 15 at age 86.
Survivors include his wife Beverly and several children.
Arrangements are by Resthaven.

Leprosy expert
BATON ROUGE – Services for retired Hansen’s Disease Center chief of pharmacology research Dr. Robert Hastings are Dec. 18. He died Dec. 15 in Brentwood, Tenn. at age 76.
He was a U.S. Public Health Service officer who spent his entire career at the leprosy center. For a quarter-century he was editor of the International Journal of Leprosy.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter.
