LAFAYETTE – Services for high school All-American basketball player Denise Mire Hebert will be Saturday. She died Feb. 18 at age 58.
She was a Little All-American at the Academy of the Sacred Heart, Grand Coteau. She was an ER nurse for more than 20 years.
Survivors include her mother and three daughters.
Arrangements are by Martin & Castille.

Restaurant owner
NEW ORLEANS – Services for restaurant owner Carlos Castillo will be Feb. 23. He died Feb. 15 at age 87.
He was owner of Castillo’s Mexican Restaurant on Conti Street in the French Quarter for more than 40 years.
Arrangements are by Lake Lawn.
