Eunice police arrests

The following are arrests by Eunice police.
Aug. 28
Phillip J. Albert, 23, 100 block of Lucille Drive, Sunset. No driver’s license, expired license, red light violation warrant for St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office and No driver’s license warrant for St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher Thomas Lafleur, 28, 100 block of Julia, Eunice. Criminal mischief and felony theft.
Horace Hayes, 18, 200 block of West Maple, Eunice. Simple burglary of a vehicle and theft.
Shelly Lynn Smith, 28, 100 block of Julia, Eunice. Criminal mischief and felony theft.
Juvenile, Lake Charles. Three counts of theft and three counts of simple burglary.
Julie Renee Labbie, 35, 200 block of Chatagnier Street, Eunice. Theft of goods shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Aug. 29
Robert Hall Jr., 39, 600 block of Faris, Eunice. Resisting an officer and battery upon a police officer.
Nicholas Wayne Smith, 22, 400 block of West Park, Eunice. Reckless operation and criminal damage to property.
Timothy Bryant Richard, 23, 2300 block of Gracie Drive, Lake Charles. DUI first offense and speeding.
Aug. 30
Derrick Wayne Dillard, 32, 2800 block of La. 95, Mamou. Two counts of principle to forgery, two counts of unauthorized use of an access card and principle to felony theft.
Daina Rene Granger, 32, 1900 block of James Ortego Lane, Mamou. Two counts of felony, felony theft and two counts of unauthorized use of an access card.
