06:02 Disturbance reported in the 800 block of South Beulah.
08:09 High and run at Best Western.
08:10 Dog chasing people at Dudley and Eula.
08:57 Student threatened at beauty school in the 500 block of East Laurel.
11:23 Damage to property at at Crestview Apartments.
14:00 Traffic wreck between 2nd and 3rd. No injuries. Citation.
15:51 Disturbance at Family Dollar, U.S. 190 and 12th. Three subjects advised they are banned from store.
19:47 Gun play in the 500 block of South Beulah. Subject shot in the back does not want to cooperate. Subject was walking north on South Beulah. At 20:36 Melvin Reed advised that he came to surrender to police. One projectile photographed and taken into evidence.
