Alicia M. Scott, 48, 600 block of Poncione Road, Mamou. Theft by shoplifting summons.

Thomas Glen Rouse II, 40, 7200 block of Highway 105, Krotz Springs. Disturbing the peace by intoxication, simple criminal damage to property.

08:27 House broken into in 1600 block of Dudley.
A weekend shift of Eunice Police focused on drug activity and ended up arresting five people on drug charges.
Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said the shift responded to complaints about drug activity.
“They did it on their own,” Fontenot said, “I’m proud of them.”
