Darrell Jones, 55, 500 block of West Gum, Eunice. Simple assault.

Aug. 12
Kenneth Wayne Olivier, 600 block of South 2nd Street, Eunice. Remaining after being forbidden.
Alicia M. Scott, 48, 600 block of Poncione Road, Mamou. Theft by shoplifting summons.

04:21 Disturbance in the 200 block of North St. Joseph.
08:51 Wreck on West Laurel in front of Whitney Bank.
12:55 Brakes locked up on vehicle on CC Duson and vehicle stalled.

A curfew beginning at noon Saturday and continuing until further notice has been declared in the city of Eunice.
Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said anyone other than emergency personnel will be issued citations and be arrested on second offense.
