Curfew declared in Eunice

A curfew beginning at noon Saturday and continuing until further notice has been declared in the city of Eunice.
Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said anyone other than emergency personnel will be issued citations and be arrested on second offense.
Widespread flooding is occurring across Eunice on Saturday.
