Police name two in meth lab bust

Breaking Bad is hard to do.
Eunice Police released the names of the couple arrested during the fallout of an investigation into an active crystal meth lab on Friday.
Sean Babineaux, 25, of Eunice, and Jamie Herrman, 19, of Plaucheville, were both arrested in charged with the creation and operation of
a clandestine lab and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Narcotics officers discovered the active meth lab in a Highway 13 apartment complex shortly after 2:00 p.m. Friday.
Eunice Police Department officials confirmed that dangerous fumes from the active meth inside one of apartments in the Crestview Apartments
complex caused the Eunice Fire Department officials to be scrambled to the scene.
Police said that the EFD were called in to assist in the removal of the toxic fumes and materials. Police and fire officials indicated at the time that there was a concern that the materials could have posed a hazard to other residents in the apartment complex.
Deputy Chief of Police Varden Guillory said that Babineaux and Herrman were arrested after they were located in Apartment 204 – where the fumes were reportedly emanating from.
According to police, Bond for the duo was set at $26,500.00 for each.
