‘The Glass Menagerie’ continues through next weekend

Jody L. Powell and Travis Fontenot perform a scene from “The Glass Menagerie”, which runs Thursday though Saturday at Eunice Players’ Theatre. The two-act play by Tennessee Williams is known in American theatre as a classic, and one of its most important plays. Filled with great tenderness, charm and beauty, the memory play is a must-see for any theatre-goer. The show resumes its run Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. with Dinner Theatre; remaining dates are Nov. 19-21 at 7 p.m. Admission is $15 for individual tickets for all ages, with an additional $20 for dinner. Tickets may be purchased at David’s Limited (204 S. Second St, Eunice), or by calling 337-546-0163 to charge by phone. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for advance sales but not at the door. Season ticket holders should call the phone number on their season ticket to make reservations.
