Dietitian to speak at LeDoux Library

The Arnold Ledoux Library will host Daphne Olivier, a dietitian, who will offer tips on healthy eating during the upcoming holidays. Olivier will speak at 11:30 a.m. in the Louisiana Room of the LeDoux Library on LSU Eunice campus on Nov. 19. The event is free and open to the public. Olivier’s program, “Ways to Stay Food Sane During the Holidays,” will cover recipe modifications of classic holiday foods, mental success, and lifestyle factors to incorporate during the holidays. The self-proclaimed “food passionista” is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has worked in a variety of clinical nutrition settings before starting her practice.
