A Hand for Veterans at Eunice Elementary

Students at Eunice Elementary paid tribute to veterans Wednesday. The school was decorated with red, white and blue colors theme, and students also made a flag using their handprints. This creativity was placed on a sign outdoors. Roland Miller, a 20-year veteran, was on hand to take a picture with some of the students who helped make the flag. Miller is a U.S. Army retired veteran who served in two wars, Vietnam from 1969-1970, and Korean War from 1977-1978.
