Mayor signs Domestic Violence Awareness Proclamation

Eunice Mayor Rusty Moody signs the official Proclamation of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Beginning Tuesday the city of Eunice, its citizens, along with firefighters and policemen, will support Domestic Violence Awareness by sporting a lavendar bow on their vehicles. An Awareness Walk and Vigil sponsored by the Chat-A-While Social & Civic Club and Eunice Bulb & Blossom Garden Club members will be held on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 5 p.m. Pictured, at left, sitting, Myrtle Neville, Mayor Moody.
