Special guests at Highland Elementary

Highland Elementary welcomed Captain Platte and Eunice Officer Richard Abadie as they conducted a D.A.R.E. presentation with their K-9 companion. They encouraged all students to become aware of their surroundings, stay safe, and Just Say No to Drugs.
