Collision at Duson & Laurel, one driver to hospital

Driver of the red Ford was taken to the hospital following a collision with the Honda in right background at Duson & Laurel early Tuesday afternoon.
One driver was taken to Acadian Medical Center after an accident at C.C. Duson & Laurel about 2 p.m. Tuesday.
A Honda SUV and a Ford SUV collided at the signal-controlled intersection, with the Ford being flipped onto its roof.
The driver of the Ford was extricated by first responders and taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Information regarding the drivers and the circumstances leading up to the accident were not yet available.
