Louisiana Bobcat Refuge affected by flooding

The Louisiana Bobcat Refuge was affected by the flooding and is asking for donations, according to Pamela Kay, director.
Kay listed immediates needs as welded 4- to 6-foot wire perimeter fencing panel rolls and posts. About 100 feet washed away and two habitats are completely damaged.
Other needs include:
— Tractor Supply has black large dog kennels 5x10 ft. and chrome/aluminum dog kennels 4X8 ft. that the refuge can use to build makeshift emergency habitats.
—If you have any extra large or large dog collapsible kennels with tray pans, we are also needing nine to 10 of those once the water recedes as we make repairs. Lastly, four medium dog igloos.
— In the Eunice area, make donations of a box of leg quarters at the Eunice Superette Slaughterhouse.
— Contact the Eunice Tractor Supply and G&H/Sanders directly to make a purchase donation and they will hold it for the refuge to pick up.
