Missing a FedEx package? Police may have it

If you are among 16 Eunice-area persons wondering where your FedEx packages are, be patient and rest easy.
Your packages are in the custody of the Eunice Police after they went Sunday afternoon to a South 12th Street address where they had been left by the delivery service driver.
According to reports, the 12th Street party called police when discovering the 16 packages. Police went and got them and contacted FedEx, which was expected today to get them.
Reports did not speculate why all the packages were left at the wrong place.
Among the boxes, all with individual delivery labels on them, are packages from Kid Kraft, HP, Evergreen Centerpieces, Crayola, Walmart, Fanatic.com, Tiffany Doll Cradle and Austin Bazaar.
Speculation was that some or all of them could be Christmas-related orders.
As for a package from Midnight Velvet. Well, never mind.
