New city terms begin Jan. 1
Retiring Eunice City Judge Lynette Feucht administered oaths of office Tuesday morning to recently elected and re-elected city officials, signing commissions for terms that officially begin Jan. 1, 2015.
Those taking their oath included Judge Terry Hoychick, City Marshal Terry Darbonne, Mayor Rusty Moody, Alderman at-large Jack Burson, Ward 1 Alderman Jason Bertrand, Ward 2 Alderwoman Germaine Simpson, Ward 3 Alderman Marion "Nootsie" Sattler and Ward 4 Alderman Scott Fontenot and Police Chief Randy Fontenot.
