ABBEVILLE – Services for human resources specialist Josephine Moss Levy will be Thursday. She died at age 81.
She had over 30 years in her field and worked 16 years at Southern Cooperative Development Fund in Lafayette. She was owner of Emmit Moss Trust, a property management company providing affordable housing in Houston, Texas. She had been a board member of the Louisiana Dairy Festival and was a member of the Louisiana Black Hall of Fame.
Survivors include her husband, Irvin and three children.

Documents expert
LAFAYETTE – Services for internationally known forensic documents expert Cynthia LeBlanc Rogers will be Thursday. She died Nov. 4 at age 64.
She had been a court-qualified witness since 1984, testifying in numerous cases in state and federal civil and criminal cases, as well as appearing in cases in Europe. She had been an instructor for the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners and taught at UL-Lafayette, LSU, McNeese State and Delgado.
Survivors include her husband Ray, two children and her mother.
