Evangeline arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 10 recent bookings into the parish jail.
Arrested were the following persons:
•Eric Lander, 27, White Oak Road, Washington, was charged April 10, with home invasion, theft, aggravated flight, aggravated assault on an officer, no driver’s license and possession of cocaine. Lander was being held on a $20,000 bond at press time.
•Hermandus D. Semien, 28, 4307 Lake Fairway Drive, Lake Charles, was charged April 15, with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and illegal carrying of weapons. Semien was being held in jail on a $25,000 bond at press time.
•Jill Leann Deville, 29, 131 Rodney St., Eunice, was charged April 15, with simple burglary. Deville was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.
•Lee A. Malveaux, 53, 203 Church St., Chataignier, was charged April 16, with DWI (first offense), no seat belt, failure to yield and possession of marijuana. Malveaux was released from jail on a $2,500 bond.
•Shameka R. Durgin, 33, 6640 Pine Point Road, Ville Platte, was charged April 17, with monetary instrumental abuse. Durgin was released from jail on a $5,000 bond.
•Charity Fontenot, 34, 7801 Veterans Memorial Highway, Mamou, was charged April 17, with illegal possession of Schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft. Fontenot was released from jail on a $2,500 bond.
•Cabramski Freeman, 31, 704 N. Dupre St., Ville Platte, was charged April 18, with expired MVI sticker, suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance. Freeman was released from jail on a $2,600 bond.
•Derek Craig Clark, 26, 1129 Jeremy Cove Road, Ville Platte, was charged April 17, with criminal trespassing and felony theft (two counts). Clark was being held in jail on a $7,500 bond at press time.
•Reyton Lee Davzat, 25, 1717 Holly St., Pine Prairie, was charged April 17, with criminal trespassing and felony theft (two counts). Davzat was being held in jail on a $7,500 bond at press time.
•Paige Renee Boeing, 24, 1743 Diana Gail Ave., Basile, was charged April 17, with illegal possession of Schedule IV and theft. Boeing was being held in jail on a $10,000 bond at press time.
