Political forums in the works

Two organizations have scheduled candidate forums prior to the Nov. 4 primary election.
The Eunice Chamber of Commerce & LSU Eunice Student Government Association will co-host a forum on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 6 p.m. at the health technology auditorium.
The Satellite Civic and Social Club will hold a forum on Monday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. at the Southeast Neighborhood Center.
Candidates for state and local offices have been invited to the Chamber-SGA forum for a timed question-and-answer session.
Potential questions for candidates can be sent to director@eunice chamber.net up to a week prior to the forum.
Persons with questions can also contact the Chamber at 457-2565.
The Satellite forum is for all candidates in the City of Eunice.
Questions will be formulated by a special committee.
