Class Act Student of the Week

This week’s Student of the Week is Lane Michael DeVillier, a seventh-grader at Eunice Junior High School. His parents are Michael and Tara DeVillier.

If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I really wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in the world.

Do you have a career wish? I would like to become an Agricultural Engineer.

What could you eat seven days a week? Fried frog legs.

What could you never eat? Raw onions.

What is your favorite school subject and who is your favorite teacher? I enjoy all my subjects and know they are important to my education. I don’t have a favorite teacher because I know they are all important part of my education. I like them all.

What is your favorite movie? My favorite movie is Where the Red Fern Grows.

What was the last video game you played? Cabela’s The Hunt.

Do you Facebook, Tweet? No. I find those fairly useless. I prefer personal conversations.

What is an ideal summer vacation? My ideal vacation is any place with my family. I am looking forward to the beach on our next summer vacation.

Who has the most influence on you so far? My paw paw Daniel Leonards.

What would you change in your city? I would love to see our bumpy parish roads re-paved.

What do you like the most at your school? I like the teachers and coaches. They are the best.
