Duos, Joubert announce May wedding date

Dr. and Mrs. Clay M. Duos of Eunice are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Claire Elise Duos, to Seth Jordon Joubert, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Ray Joubert of Eunice.
Miss Duos is the granddaughter of Clarice Zaunbrecher Lejeune and the late Rodney W. Lejeune of Iota, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clabert Duos of Ville Platte.
The bride-elect is a graduate of St. Edmund High School. She earned a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a master’s of science in nursing at Northwestern State University.
She is employed as a family nurse practitioner at Med Ed. of Louisiana in Breaux Bridge.
Mr. Joubert is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Nat Godeaux of Eunice and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leopold Joubert of Opelousas.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Eunice High School and earned a bachelor’s of science in finance and economics at Louisiana Tech University. He is currently employed as a financial services representative at State Farm Insurance.
The couple will exchange vows during a 1 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, May 9 at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Lafayette.
