Prayer Day moved to Liberty Theater

National Day of Prayer will be observed in Eunice at 6:30 p.m. May 5 at the Liberty Theater.
Deacon David Guillory said in the past the event had been held at noon in the parking lot of the Municipal Complex. The change is being made to allow more people to participate.
Activities planned include calling upon state Rep. Phillip DeVillier, City Judge Terry Hoychick, City Marshal Terry Darbonne and Fire Chief Mike Arnold for special prayers, Guillory said.
