Fondas Darby

EUNICE ~ Visitation for Fondas Darby will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am with funeral services following at 10:00 am, all at True Light Baptist Church in Eunice. Interment will follow in Mt. Oliver Cemetery in Eunice with Rev. Jermaine Tezeno officiating.
Fondas Darby, age 84, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 at 12:10 pm in Eunice, LA.
Fondas enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, singing, shopping and spending time with this family and friends.
Survivors include: one son, Michael Darby (Deborah) of Palmdale, CA; one daughter, Jacqueline Terry of Eunice; and one sister, Ella Darby of Lithonia, GA.
Fondas was preceded in death by his parents: Sam and Ella Jones Darby; two brothers, Henry and Frank Darby; three sisters, Laura Vigus, Lillie Thomas and Fannie Ringo.
Pallbearers will be: Frank Darby, Glen Darby, Fondas Darby, Michael Darby, Bruce Lewis and Leroy Allen.
